Please keep in mind at the time of purchase that you are agreeing to purchase "real" food(s) that belong in the fridge and/or freezer upon arrival and to reseal the bag for optimal freshness.

 

These dog treats are holistically hand-crafted with no chemical preservatives. It's shelf life is within the sell-by date stamped on the back of the treat bag label- upon following proper product care instructions listed below.

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The treat bag(s) must be re-sealed and stored inside the refrigerator or freezer. The treats must be consumed within the "sell by" date stamped on the back of the treat bag below the back label.

RETURN POLICY

​

Moonlight Sisters & Co. cares about product integrity and customer satisfaction. Any unopened treat bag within seven days of delivery confirmation may be returned/exchanged if: product is damaged and/or incorrect shipment/product is received. Proof of photo may be required.

There is no returns or exchanges on gift card purchases.

SHIPPING

We try our best to ship as fast as we can. Upon receiving your order- we process then ship; processing takes 1 to 2 business days. However, if we are experiencing high volume or product(s) are back-ordered, shipping may take longer- processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipment notification via e-mail. All products are made to order for optimal freshness and will quickly be on it’s way!
